Payments

Fees are payable before the booking can be confirmed.
Bookings can be made by phone or e-mail
Payment is due no later than 14 days before course date.

Rapport will contact you by phone to finalise details for the course.

Cancellation Policy

Rapport shall be entitled to terminate this agreement on notice to the client in the event that all monies due have not been paid by the due date.

The following charges apply to cancellations.

0-7 days before the course dates 100% cancellation charge
8-14 days before the course dates 50% cancellation charge
If the client cannot fulfil a booking but can reschedule an administration charge of £50.00 will be added.

Rapport reserves the right to cancel a public speaking course for operational reasons. You then have the option of having fees reimbursed or accepting an alternative course. Course fees will be refunded in these circumstances but not any additional costs.
